Josh McKinney is the Founder of Measure Group. He has 16 years of industry experience assisting clients as they develop sites from one to over 2000 acres. Using his training and experience as a landscape architect he helps his clients create value by merging site engineering, marketing, and real estate knowledge and delivering a strategy for project success.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, craft beer, bike rides, and DIY projects.

Pete Moreau is a Partner at Measure Group. He has 15 Years of diverse engineering experience. He brings that experience to our clients in the commercial, multifamily, and industrial sectors.

Isabella is a Project Engineer for the Measure Group team. In 2025, she graduated from Northwestern University - St. Paul with Honors.

Jackie is a Project Engineer at Measure Group. She has 5 years of experience working on complex water resources projects throughout the upper Midwest. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and fishing.
